Job Profile

  • Manage end to end recruitment process
  • Take care of entire recruitment process for IT and non-IT vertical
  • Understanding of company requirements and resource the appropriate candidate in stipulated time frame
  • Understanding and analyzing the client’s manpower requirements in different skill set categories
  • Responsible for identifying/ sourcing & developing pool of candidates for clients positions assigned
  • Must be capable for hiring senior and leadership level openings
  • Conducting telephonic interviews with candidates and lining them up for the face to face interview
  • Responsible for the Coordination for Joining of Candidates
  • In-depth knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs, Head hunting, reference, LinkedIn etc
  • Target-oriented, Dynamic, ambitious and honest
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices & processes

Candidate profile

  • MBA with a premier institute having 3-5 years of recruitment exp. Especially for senior / middle level positions.
  • Candidate should be young, energetic and smart
  • He / She will be complete responsible for entire recruitment process, interaction and meeting with clients and coordination with candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills (preferably with good accent and well mannered)

Business Development Manager

Job Profile

  • Day to day activities of business development and marketing
  • Identify and developed business with new and as well as existing clients
  • Effectively communicate with corporate clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
  • Develop effective working relationships with corporate clients through regular meetings
  • Maintain high standard of personal presentation

Candidate profile
